Payment and Refund Policy
You are responsible for keeping all credit card details and contact information current to keep your account in good standing. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to update your billing information.
Hellobosswoman.com accepts all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged on the day you place your order for goods or services. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as Hello Boss Woman or Hello Boss Woman, LLC.
There will be times that our programs offer a payment plan option where your investment can be split into multiple payments. After the initial payment, subsequent payments are automatically debited from your account every 30 days until the balance has been paid. For example, if you make a purchase and choose the payment plan on June 1, your credit card will be charged for the next payment on July 1 and so on.
When you provide hellobosswoman.com with your credit card information for payment, hellobosswoman.com shall be authorized to charge your credit card for any and all outstanding fees. If you sign up for a payment plan to make monthly payments on any product, program or service, hellobosswoman.com shall be authorized to run all charges on or around the time they are due and not require separate authorization in order to do so. If any payment is declined or insufficient for any reason, Hello Boss Woman may revoke your access to the program, product and/or services.
Upon your completion of a purchase, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. If you have any questions about your order status, please send an inquiry to email@example.com. If you have purchased a digital product, you will receive an additional email with the product. Please note, if you do not receive the downloads following your purchase of a course, program, or digital ebook, it is likely due to one of the following reasons: 1) You entered your email address incorrectly on the online order form or 2) Your confirmation email was sent to your spam folder. In the event that you cannot download a digital product that you have received, it is probably because you do not have Adobe Reader (free PDF reader-viewer) installed on your computer. You can download Adobe Reader for free here: http://get2.adobe.com/reader/. For assistance with all other digital download issues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Company prior to initiating a chargeback
If the credit card is declined, we will continue to attempt to charge the card on file every 3 days for 30 days (up to 10 times). We will attempt to notify you for updated contact information. After 5 days without payment, your account will be considered delinquent. All accounts 5 days past due may be disabled or de-activated until balances are paid in full.
RETURNED ITEM FEE
There is a $50.00 insufficient funds check fee for returned checks in addition to the amount still due.
Invoices which remain unpaid after 30-days may be assessed a late fee of $50.00 per month.
In the event an account is submitted to a third-party collections service, the client will be responsible for the full amount of the collections fees, in addition to any other fees previously assessed on the account.
If a customer initiates a chargeback, we will assess a $250.00 processing fee for each individual chargeback. Further, you may not change any of the credit card information provided to hellobosswoman.com without notifying us in advance. Chargebacks are in violation of your sales agreement and are unethically aligned with our moral standards at Hello Boss Woman. Regardless of the outcome of a chargeback dispute by a credit card company or payment processor, we reserve the legal right to enforce our agreements and collect past due balances in court. Requesting a chargeback will result in your being removed from the Hello Boss Woman email list, Facebook groups, programs, and membership access. You will also not be permitted to attend any Hello Boss Woman live events. If you have an issue with a charge to your credit card from Hello Boss Woman please contact us at email@example.com.
Cancellation of an account does not dismiss outstanding invoices or the contracted commitments. At the time of cancellation, any outstanding balance must be settled. All canceled accounts with an outstanding balance may be automatically turned over to a third-party collection service. This paragraph does not invalidate our refund policy.
REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE PRODUCTS, WORKSHOPS/TRAININGS, AND COURSES
Products (Ebooks, bundles, tangible products) and workshops/trainings are non-refundable. A refund may be requested for courses at hellobosswoman.com within 15 days of the purchase date. Download the coursework material and try it for yourself within 15 DAYS and then decide if it’s right for you. If you don’t love the course you purchased, email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following materials and information and we’ll refund your payment in full:
Completion of all coursework or program material
A detailed explanation of why the course did not work for you
All completed materials and a detailed explanation must be provided with your refund request before the refund will be issued. Refunds are usually issued within 7-10 business days.
REFUND POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP PACKAGES/SERVICES
Enrollment in any of our coaching and mentoring packages/services at hellobosswoman.com constitutes a non-cancellable agreement. There are absolutely no refunds or cancellations and you are legally and financially responsible for full payment of the package/service in which you are enrolled, regardless of whether you participate or show up for your coaching and consulting sessions.
REFUND POLICY FOR HELLO BOSS WOMAN MEMBERSHIPS
Any memberships at Hello Boss Woman are a NON-REFUNDABLE monthly membership, billed to your credit card on file every 30 days. You can cancel your membership at any time, simply by emailing our support team at email@example.com. If you choose to cancel your membership, you will lose access to the program materials, associated private Facebook group, bonuses and your current member rate. There are absolutely NO PRO-RATES and NO REFUNDS for memberships whatsoever.
